Refund Policy

At Book Growth Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality book marketing services that help authors grow their visibility and sales. Due to the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been fully delivered (e.g., website design, book trailer, marketing campaign setup, or completed promotional work), no refunds will be issued. This is because time, expertise, and resources have already been invested.

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started
  • The service is in early stages and minimal work has been completed

In such cases, a partial refund will be issued after deducting work already completed and administrative costs.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation:

  • Before work begins: Eligible for a full or near-full refund (minus processing fees)
  • After work has started: Subject to partial refund terms

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we encourage you to request revisions.
Most of our services include revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed digital products or downloads
  • Advertising spend (e.g., Facebook Ads, email marketing tools)
  • Third-party services or tools used on your behalf
  • Custom design work after approval

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use proven marketing strategies, we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or review outcomes. Therefore, refunds are not issued based on performance results.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at:

  • Email: info@bookgrowthhub.com

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order details
  • Reason for the request

We will review your request within 3–5 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Permanent restriction from future services

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues.
